Automatic Ice Cream Production Line

This full-automatic ice cream production line covers complete processing from raw material batching, pasteurization, homogenization, aging, continuous freezing, forming & filling to hardening and final packaging. It is widely applied to produce cup ice cream, barrel ice cream, ice-cream bar, cone ice cream and ice-cream sandwich.

All contact-parts adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, complying with food sanitation standards. The line is equipped with high-efficiency HTST pasteurizer, high-pressure homogenizer and multi-unit aging tanks to guarantee stable material quality. The core continuous freezer realizes adjustable overrun from 80% to 120%, delivering smooth and tasty ice-cream texture.

Modular design supports flexible configuration according to customer capacity demand. Optional units include chocolate coating machine, particle feeder and spiral hardening tunnel. CIP on-site cleaning system ensures convenient sanitation and reduces labor cost.

Available for brand-new and good-condition used sets. Capacity ranges from 150L/H to 2000L/H. Suitable for medium-large cold drink factories. We provide technical consultation, layout suggestion and after-sales support for whole-plant project.
