U-Tube Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger / Stainless Steel Tube Condenser

Our stainless steel U-tube shell and tube heat exchanger (condenser) is high-efficiency heat transfer equipment certified with ASME U stamp. It adopts independent U-shaped heat exchange tube bundle structure, which can freely expand and contract to eliminate thermal stress, perfectly solving leakage risks caused by temperature difference deformation. The whole set can be made of SUS304, SUS316L stainless steel or carbon steel composite materials, suitable for cooling, heating, condensation and heat recovery in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, petroleum, power and wastewater industries. 
Two fluids conduct countercurrent heat exchange inside tubes and shell side separately, achieving high heat exchange efficiency. The pull-out tube bundle design enables easy cleaning and maintenance of scale inside tubes. It supports high temperature & high pressure working conditions, stable performance, long service life, and can be customized according to customer heat load, medium corrosion degree and installation space.
